I would just like to say"WELL DONE,"to the staff at the Shell station. I purchased gas there a week ago and just realized today that I had forgot my gas cap. I called and sure enough it was there. With a description of my vehicle as well. To the mostly young staff working that day. You are truly professional in my books. Thanks so much.

Came here on a very busy Friday afternoon, but I have never seen such a well run gas station. It was beautiful actually, the attendants directing traffic and making sure to save our spot when we needed to turn around.

Excellent customer service! Great facility for practicality, cleanliness, and plus it's aesthetically pleasing. A well stocked convenient store in an ideal location. Back to the customer service... they have gone above and beyond for me. **Tip your fuel jockey if you appreciate their service.

Never thought I’d review a gas station. But one stop shop for most goods. Friendly staff. Super clean. Great little gas station . If only more business’ were run like this… would totally leave a tip of that was an option somehow.

From a customer on our Voice Of Customer Survey. Thanks Peter When in Nelson I asked a few locals where was the best place fuel up with diesel and propane. Some had no idea, but the few that did suggested the Shell station 5644 Highway 3A Nelson for great service and quality fuels which was on my way to Pass Creek campground. Boy, were they right! No sooner than I pulled in a lovely young lady was asking how she could help me today. She proceeded to fill my diesel and called for help to get my propane tanks filled. Another young man was on top of that, got them filled immediately and even helped me get them back in the compartment and connected again. When completing my purchase I asked and found out the lovely lady’s name was Brooke and the young gentleman’s name was Scott. In todays world its rare you receive service like that and I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Brooke and Scott for the excellent service I received and all with a wonderful sincere attitude and a smile on their faces. No doubt I’ll be through this region again and this will be my go to place for all my fuel needs. Thank you Brooke and Scott and all the counter staff for such a great experience, you really made my day. Peter Brady

I absolutely love this gas station / food store - I spent 1 month in the Nelson area and went to this gas station for healthy organic eggs and organic coffee and beef jerky, gas and more at least 5 times. Each time I bought gas I was personally served which is quite rare these days. On my last day I had a long chat with one of the owners "Cam" and another staff member "Shalene" and both were wonderful in every way. I learned about the store's history and felt so happy to be in a place that gives so much attention to good service and selling healthy products. Its the first time ever that I have bought organic eggs at a gas station. A wonderful local farmer "Brad" brings his organic eggs to the store for us to buy. This is a store / gas station worth visiting because it is beautifully designed and full of character. You can tell that the owners take great care in all of the decisions made to create a wonderful store with great service and products that are wonderful. Thanks to the owners Cam and your other two brothers and to your amazing staff for this wonderful experience. This was the beginning of a 7 hr journey for me. A great way to begin the day. Much appreciation!!
